I had a great experience with Andy. Car shopping is typically very stressful, but Andy did a great job walking me through everything without confusion. One of the cars I was looking at was in a different city and Andy was able to request that it be brought to Ventura the very next day which is when our appointment was. The signing process was very easy. I worked late so Andy took the time to stay after hours to ensure that I was able to drive my 2021 Kia Forte off the lot the same day. Thanks Andy!

Excellent service! Our salesman, James Moran, went above and beyond what I expected. Purchasing a car is normally a long and tedious thing to do. Not with James, he made it effortless! And his customer service didn’t stop after we purchased the car. My daughter accidentally threw away the temporary registration sticker that was on the car. Hoping to avoid the dmv, I reached out to James to see if he could help. I had the replacement registration in my inbox from him before the day was even over!
I purchased a 2021 VW Passat less than 45 days ago and found out today car needs a new engine. The vehicle had metal in the engine, wrong coolant and various other issues. Customer service is horrible and can not get the number to corporate office. I can not get a response back from Ventura office and they will not put me in a rental intil I get my vehicle back.
